Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the application provider identified on the Slabbies App Store product page (the "App Provider," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, creating an account for, purchasing through, or using Slabbies, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Slabbies.

Your license to the iOS app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These Terms govern Slabbies features and services in addition to that license. If an App Store term conflicts with these Terms, the App Store term controls to the extent required.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to consent to digital services where you live. If you are not yet the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you. Do not use Slabbies if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

Accounts

• Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except to the extent caused by our failure to use reasonable care.
• You may delete your account from Profile. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
• We may refuse usernames, recover them for rights or safety reasons, or change them when reasonably necessary to prevent impersonation, infringement, or abuse.

License and permitted use

Subject to these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, the App Provider grants you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use Slabbies on supported Apple devices for lawful personal collection-management purposes. No ownership in Slabbies or its software is transferred to you.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Slabbies unlawfully, fraudulently, deceptively, or to infringe another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.
• Do not upload malicious code; interfere with, probe, overload, scrape, or bypass the service; defeat security, authentication, rate limits, subscriptions, or usage limits; or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not use automated means to create accounts or submit requests, resell access, or use Slabbies outputs to misrepresent a card's identity, condition, authenticity, grade, provenance, or value.
• Do not submit images or information that you do not have the right to use.

Your content

You retain ownership of images, notes, collection records, feedback, and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant the App Provider a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, format, analyze, and otherwise process User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve Slabbies, including through the service providers described in the Privacy Policy. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for temporary backups, deidentified information, and records we are legally required to retain.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit User Content and that our permitted processing of it will not violate law or another person's rights.

AI identification and grading

Slabbies uses automated and AI-assisted systems to identify cards and estimate condition or likely grades. Results depend on image quality, lighting, hidden defects, model behavior, available reference data, and other factors. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent.

A Slabbies grade is a prediction, not an official grade, guarantee of authenticity, certification, professional appraisal, or promise of a result from PSA, Beckett, CGC, TAG, or any other grading company. Review the report, inspect the physical card, and use qualified professionals before making consequential grading, sale, purchase, insurance, or lending decisions.

Prices and market information

Prices, sale records, charts, portfolio totals, opportunities, and alerts are informational estimates assembled from third-party data. They may be delayed, incomplete, based on a different variant or condition, or unavailable. They are not an offer to buy or sell, a guaranteed sale price, a formal appraisal, or financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Verify the exact card, language, set, number, finish, condition, grade, fees, shipping, taxes, and current marketplace information before a transaction. You are responsible for your collecting and transaction decisions.

Subscriptions and purchases

• Available plans, duration, included features, trial terms, and full renewal price are shown before purchase. Apple charges your Apple ID after confirmation.
• A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Manage or cancel in Apple Settings or the App Store subscription screen. Deleting Slabbies or your Slabbies account does not cancel billing.
• Trials, introductory offers, price changes, refunds, taxes, and billing are subject to the terms shown by Apple and applicable law. Except where law requires otherwise, refund requests are handled by Apple.
• We may change paid features prospectively. A material reduction will not remove nonwaivable rights, and cancellation remains available through Apple.

Third-party services and rights

Slabbies relies on Apple, authentication and hosting services, AI providers, card databases, marketplaces, pricing sources, and external links. Their content and services may change, become unavailable, or be governed by separate terms. We do not control and are not responsible for an independent third party's service, transaction, grading decision, listing, or content.

Card names, artwork, game brands, grading-company names, marketplace names, trademarks, and catalog images belong to their respective owners. References are for identification and compatibility. Unless expressly stated, Slabbies is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with those owners, including The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, PSA, Beckett, CGC, or TAG.

App ownership

Slabbies, its original software, interface, branding, reports, compilations, and documentation are owned by or licensed to the App Provider and protected by intellectual-property law. Third-party and User Content remain subject to their owners' rights. Feedback and suggestions may be used without restriction or compensation, but we will handle associated personal information under the Privacy Policy.

Availability, changes, and suspension

We may maintain, update, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Slabbies. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, support for every card or device, permanent storage, or continued access to any particular provider or feature.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, comply with law, address fraud or security risk, or respond to a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. You may stop using Slabbies at any time.

Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLABBIES AND ITS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." THE APP PROVIDER DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS, GRADES, PRICES, DATA, OR ALERTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP PROVIDER AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM A PURCHASE, SALE, SUBMISSION, GRADE, PRICE ESTIMATE, ALERT, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEIR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM SLABBIES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR SLABBIES DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR US$50. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including rights available under applicable consumer law.

Applicable law and resolving concerns

These Terms, Apple's applicable App Store terms, and the laws that lawfully apply to your relationship with the App Provider govern your use of Slabbies. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory protections or access to courts or regulators available in your home jurisdiction.

Before filing a formal claim, please contact support through the Slabbies App Store product page and describe the concern so we can try to resolve it informally. This request does not shorten any legal deadline or require you to waive a right.

General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of the service. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable Apple terms are the complete agreement about Slabbies unless another written agreement expressly applies.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as Slabbies or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when a change is material. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them, except where law requires another form of consent.
